I got the so called shaft at Nomad's Electronic's in Louisville, Ky. He totally ruined my pristine Cobra 2000 with terrible attempted mods. I had to take it to a qaulified Cobra dealer and have it repaired. Stay away from this place if you value your radio. K.P. aka Junior Kiper
