Halcon 27 Aluminum base antenna info needed!

Can anyone give me any info on the setup of a Halcon 27 1/2 wave aluminum base antenna? I have the instructions for this antenna & it has two adjustments. But the illustrations do not show where each adjustment is! Does anyone know this antenna? Any help would be appreciated! 73's Rob
