My compliments on a very nice, informative site. I got a good laugh at the "Blacklist". I had a brief bout with mental illness, which made me want to drive OTR, and have visited almost all of the shops on your page. What a bunch of chumps. I could add a few to the list, but feel that those who are still out there on the road will take care of it. I operate a small shop in Evansville IN, I build, repair and upgrade computers, as well as do light work on CBs, Ham radios and mobile audio equipment. I cooperate with a couple of larger, better equipped shops for anything I am not equipped to handle. I pride myself on my reputation, and most of my customers live in the area, so they all know where I live. I think that more than a few CB shops count on thier customers not having a clue what the tech is doing, and that they will most likely not return for some time. The sloppy workmanship and chop jobs are the result. Then, you have the outright crooks, and BS artists. These guys make the rest of us look bad. I have occasionally had to take my own equipment into a strange shop, and I cringed each time.
