I looked at the patent information, interesting concept. Still a little unclear on common mode current on the feedline, It may not have the gain of a larger antenna such as a 5/8 wave etc, but seems the intended design goal was for low take off angle. My question is does anyone know what the angle of radiation is on this? A question not easily answered without knowing how high above ground? and how much mast is used? I would love to have an antenna guru run this on some antenna modeling programs.
