I too have been trying to get in touch with them and have been unsuccessful. I get the same 'message full' recording and no response to my many emails. My husband ordered a CB in July and got it in August - I did get them to answer their phone on August 1, 2005. The CB worked for 1 day and we were trying to get it fixed or get a new one and have had no luck since. I was wondering if they were out of business too.
