Carlos [walks over to Angela as if to protect her] : Breathe, mi amor… Angela *whispering* : What the hell is he doing here? I quit the job just so I could get away from him. And now he shows up? What is this shit? Is he crazy? Jen: Is there a problem? Angela: Can I speak with you in the office, please? Jen: Sure. Excuse me everyone… [walks into the office and shuts the door behind Carlos] Jessica: Oooh…Angela’s gonna rip Jen a new one! I can’t believe what I’m seeing! David: Just when we thought things had calmed down, they flare back up again. Benn: Am I missing something here? Justin: It didn’t look like she was happy to see you, man. Someone wanna fill me in on what’s goin on? Kristen [pulls Justin’s arm] : Follow me. I’ll explain everything. [In the office] Carlos: Jen, what were you thinking bringing him in here?! Jen: What?! You should see his sales performances. Outta this world… [hands Carlos Benn’s information] Angela: I can’t believe this, Jen. You knew… [starts crying] Carlos [begins to hold Angela] : This Benn idiot is the reason why Angela left the job in the first place. She couldn’t handle the fact that he treated her like shit. He was the worst! And then you go and hire him?! We told you all about him… Angela [still crying] : How could you? You knew, Jen…you knew… [storms out of the office and then out of the store] [In the bathroom with Kristen and Justin] Kristen: Ok, she has a restraining order against him… Justin: What for? Kristen: He turned everyone against her at work. Plus he used to follow her home and harass her later on. That’s not cool. So she placed a restraining order against him. Justin: Wow, that’s some story. I can’t believe he would do something like that. He doesn’t look like the type that would do something like that. Kristen: You know the saying, looks can be deceiving… Justin: I guess so… [pauses] Um, what’s the deal between Angela and Carlos? Are they an item? Kristen: No, they just work together. Actually they work really well together. I think they’ve been friends for a few years too. Justin: Oh. He seems like a chill person. Kristen: He’s mad cool. He and Angela hang out a lot. They’re always partying together. Justin: Very cool. Kristen: You wanna holla? Justin: No, nothing like that…don’t get me wrong, though. She’s bangin though… Kristen: Well, why don’t you ask her out on a date or something? You know, to get to know each other and see what happens. It’ll piss Benn off. That would be working in your favor and hers too. Justin: You’re probably right. [In the store] Oscar: I think we need to call Uncle Morris. Way too much shit is goin down back there in that stock room… [picks up the phone and calls security. The name Uncle Morris was code that they used. Uncle Morris was there in a matter of seconds and brought some friends with him too] Uncle Morris: What seems to be the problem? Oscar: Well, we have something going on back in the stock room. I have a bad feeling about it. I think maybe you should go handle it. Uncle Morris: I’m all over it… [walks back to the stock room to see what was happening] Um, Angela…it’s Uncle Morris…is everything ok back here? Angela: Come on back, Uncle Morris… Uncle Morris: What seems to be the problem? Angela: Well, it’s like this…Benn here has violated his restraining order here… Uncle Morris: Is that true? Benn: I don’t know what you’re talking about…I got all that taken care of when I went to court last year. I don’t have a restraining order on me. The judge took care of that a while ago… Officer 1: Well, we can take care of that right now… [calls the police force and double checks the situation on Benn. Surprisingly enough, Benn was right. So they had to let him go]. Well, it appears that Mr. Easton is right. We have to let him go… Angela: Are you serious?! You can’t do that! You have to take him outta here! I want him outta my face! Uncle Morris: I’m sorry, Angie, the law is the law. We legally can’t take him to jail. Everything has been taken care of like he said. Angela: I can’t believe this shit… Benn: Thank you. I know what I’m talking about. Let me go, man! Officer 1: Ok, Morris, let’s go… Officer 2 [thinking] Something’s wrong with this picture. I’ve seen that kid before…something’s really wrong here. Ima get to the bottom of this…he belongs in jail… [The cops leave along with Uncle Morris] Benn: So can I get started working, please? Jen: Um, why don’t you come back tomorrow? Carlos: Come back next week… Benn: I don’t think that you’re the one that can make that decision, now can you? Angela: Actually, he or I can make that decision because I make the schedule. He approves it. So come back next week… Benn: Can’t wait to see you sweetheart… Angela: Go to hell, Benn… Carlos: Get the hell outta my store… [Carlos and Justin escort him out of the store. Everyone got back to work]
