I'll be glad to help, if I can.
I don't know that I can add much to the information I gave Ben Kivett about the Lambdins, but I'll be glad to try to answer any questions you might have.
As to my Denison lineage, my grandfather was Frank Lambdin Denison (26 November 1868 - 25 March 1956), born in Bryan, Texas, to Franklin Lodowick Denison (7 April 1831 - 7 July 1889) and Hannah Gibson (Lambdin) Denison (16 November 1838 - 13 June 1922). My g-grandfather Franklin Lodowick Denison is buried in the South Belton Cemetery, although his name can also be found on a monument in the North Belton Cemetery where his wife (my g-grandmother) is buried.
My g-grandmother Hannah Gibson (Lambdin) Denison was a sister of William Lambdin, my g-uncle. Both were among the children of the Rev. William McKendree Lambdin and Phoebe Gibson (Lamb) Lambdin. Rev. Lambdin is buried in the First Street Cemetery, Waco, Texas.
Both Franklin Lodowick Denison and the Rev. William McKendree Lambdin can be found in the Handbook of Texas Online.
Should more information be desired you may contact me at jimden77080@yahoo.com.

: Dear Carol,
:
: Thank you so much! You can't imagine
: how grateful my family and I are to you.
: When I first found out that my g g
: grandfather died from a gunshot wound, along
: with his brother,I was extremely curious.You
: see, there is a rumor in our family that he
: (Ben F. kivett I) and his brother (William
: Wright Kivett) were indian slaves that were
: adopted by my g g g grandfather. And were in
: Waco Building brick Structures as they were
: both brick masons. I wonder if that is why
: they were killed or how the rest of the
: story goes? The article in the Waco paper
: said they were killed as a result of a long
: standing feud(3 years)and that they were
: buried with odd fellows rights.I believe
: they were members of the odd fellows in
: weiser idaho where Ben had married my g g
: grandmother Margaret Ann(Maggie)Nevins. wish
: i knew what the feud was ? Their Father,or
: adopted fathers name was Andrew Jackson
: kivett he was born on july 11 1827 in
: Randolph, NC he died on 11 july 1889. I
: don't know a whole lot more about him than
: that.
: As for the man who shot them (william
: McK. Lambdin) (McKendree) near as I can tell
: He was the son of William Lambdin and Pheobe
: G. Lamb. Who was the son of a methodist
: minister and he began his ministery in texas
: as the head of the Waco Female College in
: 1857.he has quite a string of acomplishments
: to his name. he died of yellow fever in
: Texas in 1867. William McK. was married to
: Helen Louise Peverley on 20 june 1868 or 9.
: and I believe they had a child that died at
: birth or 2 yrs. old april 22 or 23
: 1901.Possibly this william McK. Lambdin was
: a Capt.in the Spanish-american war. He is
: listed as Box 401-820 folder 10 Capt.
: William McK. Lambdin Company G Anderson Co.
: Texas Adjutant General's Dept. Anyway i
: could go on and on .As it is getting late
: here i will quit for tonight. But again,
: Thank You so much for your efforts,I can
: only hope it is as exciting for you as it is
: for me.Possibly there are more answers right
: around the next corner Until then please
: keep in touch Carol. Sincerely, Benjamin
: Franklin Kivett IV
