: Hello,My great grand parents are Joseph O. Phillips and Siotha L. Johnson Phillips. My grandfather was Frank Floyd Phillips. Frank married Lula Mae Whilhite and had 6 children. Infant died, buried at Cego,Texas outside of Eddy along with Whilhite family members. Other children Jesse-dead,Cecil-dead,Elzona Williams-dead,Joe-dead, my mother Ouida Price is 84 and lives at home in Waco.
