I found the following information on Francis MCCARTNEY on the LDS website (familysearch.org). I have included all that they had listed:

I wish I had more information for you. This may not be very helpful, but perhaps it could be a starting point to locate other records. I myself have hit a wall trying to locate a gggg-grandfather, John McCartney, from Ireland. I know how frustrating it can be.
The LDS website is free to search at www.familysearch.org. I often go to the ancestry.com website, but there is a fee to do extensive research with them.
However, ancestry.com is offering a FREE 14-day trial; they require you to enter credit card information but they don't deduct the money until the 14 days is over. You have the option to cancel before they start deducting any money by calling a toll-free number. That's how I started.
I have also tried looking through Passenger Lists of emigrants.
