Hello! I was on the LDS website (www.familysearch.org) and found the following information about your ancestors:
Norman Henry MCCARTNEY was born 2 AUG 1898 Kisbey, Saskatchewan, CAN. He married Lottie Minerva YOUNG on 15 FEB 1923 in Arcola, Sask., CAN. No info is provided re his death or burial.
Norman's father was Henry MCCARTNEY (b. abt 1872 Kisbey, Sask., CAN). He married Bertha FOSTER (b. abt 1876 Kisbey, Sask., CAN). The only child listed is Norman Henry. (They probably had other children, but this researcher just didn't list them.)
There is no further information re Norman Henry MCCARTNEY'S lineage.
However, there is a huge amount of ancestral info about Lottie Minerva's family. You can go to the website, enter her name and do a lengthy search back to 1660!
