The discussion the past few days has prompted me to wonder what will happen to the true More fetishist once/if RJR pulls the plug on the brand? Whether it's next month (heaven forbid), next year, or in the next decade or two...it will more than likely happen. What will happen to most More fetishers?
For me, it's all about More 120s and nothing else. If they were to disappear, I would have nothing but photos and memories. I personally quit a few years ago, so I wouldn't have to worry about changing brands, but would feel guilty for not doing my part to keep the brand alive with my dollars!
I would miss the very rare, but alluring sightings. While I think it would be unimaginable that RJR would discontinue the brand, you can't help but wonder if the economy here in the U.S. may make them consider discontinuing fringe brands like More that saw their peak of popularity in 1981.
I shudder at the thought, but invite discussion.
