Yeah, I thought the fingernails made it more difficult for her to look comfortable. She had to really choke up on the filter and you could tell that she was trying not to gouge her face when she took a drag. Otherwise, I agree with morvio that she was very attractive and worthy of a second (and yes, third) look!
