On the positive side, at least the women out there are prepared to try something different! I happened to buy a pack of the More reds the other day and the woman serving must have been 45-55 got chatting, said it was the first pack of the reds she had sold that day..... again being positive, she implied they did sell, and also that the menthols had been bought that day.
She also knew of them, and had said how her friends and her used to smoke them years ago, as they regarded them as elegant chic and sophisticated. Sentiments i agree with. However once again, the problem in the UK seems to be that very few women, continue smoking them as their regular brand, despite large numbers having smoked them at least once.
It seems to be a catch 22, if more women were seen smoking them, then maybe more would take them up.
