This means that from the Multiple DSP window you would first double click the stereo tool to load it (audio will go through it first) and then oddcast (audio will go through this second). If you had a third you wanted to load you would double click that plugin from the Multiple DSP window as well. There is only one DSP plugin that can be active from Winamp's preferences at a time, so you would make the Multiple DSP active only. Got it?
