Tara Plug-in not working??

Have been using Winamp and the Tara plug in for years. Just got my new computer, installed Winamp 5.34, RealPlayer 10, and the latest Tara Plug-in - but .ram files no longer work in Winamp for me. Anyone know why? I've gone through the setup 3x now.
Please help!
