using the dsp stacker

Hello. I have the pluggin installed and I see it but I cannot figure out for the life of me how to use it. I don't know how to refresh the pluggins list in it at all. No manual explains how to use it. Example, do I need to use it from the main pluggin interface or from the winamp dsp pluggins list? I understand about load order as I am a sound ingineer and am used to things like this. Thanks.
