Here's the URL I'm using:

If you click on the Listen Now button, you can play any stream you choose. You first have to agree to have an ActiveX control installed on your computer, but you aren't asked to become an AOL member.
These are definitely the high quality streams: 62kbps, 44kHz stereo.
