Posted by Andriel If I set the "Process audio through Winamp", this box is not shown, but neither does playback work. I think the status information should always be shown in the Winamp main window, whether or not the "Process audio through Winamp" setting is selected. Disabling the "Display status..." option removes the box, and then nothing is shown during connection/buffering.

The option "Display status while buffering data" works incorrectly. If it is set, the status of the connection/buffering is shown in a small edit control at the top of my desktop.
