Aol has made their high quality service free. Supposedly anyone with broadband can now get high quality radio for free, and it gets auto-downsampled for low bandwidth. I'm on dialup myself, so I can't tell about the high quality stuff. However, I have noticed that the XM stations are now higher Kbps than they were before, and they're now in stereo (the regualr aol stations are still mono though).
