Can I use the TARA plug-in with MediaMonkey if I have Rhapsody?

Will I be able to use the TARA plug-in with Rhapsody only or will I have to download the Real Player version you suggest?
Also I've noticed that the BBC version you suggest is a 14 day trial (http://www.real.com/player/?src=bbc) what happens after that period? Does the codec still work?
Lastly, does the codec convert RAX files (this is music purchased through rhapsody and encoded unfortunately in their own proprietary way)?
Thanks in advance for your work in allowing me to extricate myself from needing three software programs to hear my music.
