No Sound on Tara

I'm using the Tara plug-in on my Winamp 5.24 and I have Real Alternative. I'm trying to play a .smil stream file. The video is fine, but there's no sound. All my other media players work fine, so I don't think it's my sound card. Any help would be great. Thanks!
