in_tara. No audio after re-buffering

Hi.
I suspect you haven't even looked at the in_tara code for a few years, but there appears to be a bug when the audio is set to go through Winamp when playing RA streams.
If the internet has some conjestion and prebuffering is necessary, the prebuddering window appears as it should, counts up to 100% and then only silence is played after that.
Several LPFM stations here in New Zealand get there news via real audio streams and use Winamp with the excellent SQRSoft crossfader output plugin for an inexpensive playback system. Unfortunately most of us do not have 100% reliable hi-speed broadband and if conjestion occurs during the feed, the station goes silent for a few minutes during automated periods.
This plugin is still a very popular plugin and it would be a good idea to make an attempt to fix this and keep your good reputation.
Any chance of a a 1.0.4 beta?
