Wow, you really need to get a clue before you go accusing people of installing spyware... bottom line: "There is nothing installed with Tara except the Tara plugin." The install just takes you to a web page that has the name "tracker.html". So to remove the web page, you can delete your cache; a.k.a. Temporary Internet Files.
