Well it appears to be a timing issue. Last night from home I was able to get to the link which made me believe that it was a work firewall issue. This morning from work I was not able to download it again as expected. I had my wife try it from home at the same time and she was also NOT able to get to the link, she too received the page not available message and webpage. Is there another way for me to get this downloaded during the day? This is really weird.
