Looks like the slot21 stream is down. Put the line below into your HOSTS file (no extension). The HOSTS file is usually located here: "C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\HOSTS"
64.236.34.8 uvox1-mtc-slot2l.stream.aol.com
p.s. That ip is the slot51 stream, also known as:
uvox1-nye-slot5l.stream.aol.com
