SpinAmp 3.02 and Winamp 5.2 beta

There seems to be an incompatibility between SpinAmp 3.02 (latest version) and the latest version of Winamp (5.2 beta). On my system, with SpinAmp installed Winamp crashes immediately on launch, with SpinAmp uninstalled Winamp launches smoothly.
