Oh yes, THOSE eyes!! I know JJ is a gifted actor, but I couldn't help wonder if just some of that came from the years with Tony and Genie because they do SO much with their eyes. There is probably not one day that goes by that I don't disdain the writing on GH. No way could Guza write a story arc to save his life, but seeing JJ today put the teeny thought in my mind to wonder if some of it's not just plain BAD acting. JJ obviously didn't bring his own writer, so he said the same lines that would have been there, but wow . . . Lucky Spencer jumped off that screen!! And yes, he did raise Becky's acting, too.
Any day that Luke is on I edit the Luke scenes I want to keep. (Anything LuNacy pretty much goes unless she isn't the focus) -- so I know just about how much time Luke gets each day; as we all know, it isn't much. Today, the Spencer family had about 25 minutes of the show. How long since Spencers have had more than half??? I wonder if they knew people would be tuning in for JJ's return and nixed the mob crap a bit??? The Sam and Jason endless dialogue about who would kill Claudia and how was awful. Guess Guza wanted to remind us of his true colors, lest we have a moment of actual hope for GH. All in all, not a bad day, considering . . .
