Posted by AngelaW I will admit it that I, too, snooped. Interesting perspective on Lady Russell. Would have never thought of her as a bible quoting type. After all she gets all the latest books and publications and does that which is fashionable and I'm not certain that it was fashionable to do such a thing in the regency, though no doubt she was definitely familiar with the Good Book.
