Posted by AngelaW I think it would be delicious to have Elizabeth not notice that Patrick's calling card are McGillvary's (sometimes I still think of him as McGillicutty!lol) and only to realize who he was after she hears his name announced by the butler. Since she wouldn't be able to chastise him or anything while in Mama Rushworth's presence, we would only be able to read her seething thoughts while she tries to pretend she's knew exactly who he was. That would be delicious.

There is always the possibility that Patrick had calling cards under the name of Patrick Gill made up. However, I'm sure Mrs. Rushworth knows who he really is.
