Is this the low point from which she might start a reformation?
That's the question, isn't it? Does Mary have it in her to change? Or rather, is there anything that would cause Mary to want to change? It seems to me that she blames others for the choices she's made and continues blithely on her way, leaving everyone else to deal with the mess. Like her father.
Like me, actually. Perhaps there's a reason I write Mary so easily?
