Your questions deserve long, thoughtful answers ... or none at all! Because it's Monday, I don't dare to stop work, even to answer such intriguing questions. What can I say? Check back tomorrow. 
I have three pages done ... seven to go ... and five hours in which to work (more or less). I took time out this afternoon to have a VERY STRONG cup of coffee with friends. Coffee-coffee-coffee!!! Ideas are spinning, but the question is this: Have I had too much caffeine to type? Guess we'll find out soon enough!
