Oh, Anne. I marvel at readers who not only enjoy what I write (always a surprise) but who are willing to hang in for so long. You are very, very patient! Thank you!
I do have some fun planned for this summer--not surprising with such a cast of characters! I trust tomorrow's installment will not disappoint: Sir Walter Elliot will learn the truth about Elizabeth's engagement, well ... more or less. Patrick McGillvary is eager to put his oar in, and you know how he can be. The installment is not completely finished just now; by tomorrow night I might be as surprised as you to see what our Patrick does!
Speaking of installments, I should probably mention somewhere (in case anyone is wondering) that I will be posting at DWG this summer. Because the new story board will replace the present one (and I won't be archiving MHB), I thought I'd better wait. Wednesday, June 25th, I think, is Opening Day; I'll post Chapter 1 then. Readers at the ME website will get to be a week ahead.
Then again, readers at DWG will get to read a more thoroughly edited version than what will appear here on Monday nights ... 
Sheesh, the mistakes I find!
