Elaine! Long time no hear!
I can see how yours might be the ONLY circumstance under which I would be glad to be ~~letting blood~~ paying taxes in Multnomah County.
LL has a laptop but the battery is fried and only goes for 20 minute intervals.
I am praying that the need for jurors is fulfilled somewhere in the Ks.
