The first time I heard the 60's bands was In Liberia. The Beatles (all the early songs, specially "There's A Place")(Hi, Hasse Söderberg), The Rolling Stones "You Better Move On", The Yardbirds "For Your Love", Dave Clark Five "Glad All Over", The Hep Stars "Cadillac", The Kinks "Tired Of Waiting", The Moody Blues "Go Now", The Who "My Generation" etc.Everytime someone went back from Sweden, they had the latest hits on a single or EP.
When I hear that kind of music today, I think of my time in Liberia. Buchanan 1963-1966, where I was a member of Club 39.
