My father went to Liberia in 59 and was the 4th arriving from Holland in the development of LAC estate. My mother and i joined him in 61 (I was 11 years old then) and I lived there with them untill 63. After that I was there for 2 summer hollidays in 64 and 66. In the 64 holliday we (a group of 7 on holliday's from Holland) visited the LAMCO mine. I have good memories from those days. My parents came back to Holland in 66 because my fathers health.
Both my brothers were born at the LAC estate in 63 and 64 and I get the question "How was it" Since our parents deceased I get the questions but I do not have the answer other the my own memory. I would like to get in touch with other people that were at the LAC estate.
