Lots more recipes can be found in the book, especially non-toxic pesticides such as this one: 1/3 cup cooking oil

Jerry Baker's Supermarket Super Products has a very good recipe for a general cleaning solution that can be used on floors, woodwork, appliances, counters etc. It is a no-rinse formula and even kills mold and mildew.
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup baking soda
1 gallon hot water
1 tsp baking soda
mix these two together.
add 1 cup water and pour into a spray bottle.
