Bathing

It is the intent to have different remedies for relief through bathing here: You name it, it's been tried. Some folks believe that showers are a much cleaner alternative to baths. That said, baths can be therapeutic when any or combinations of the following are added to bathwater. Epsom salts Sea salt Baking Soda Hydrogen Peroxide Colloidal oatmeal Corn starch Vinegar Minute quantities of essential oils (rosemary, lavender, peppermint) There are lots of detoxification bath recipes as well as spa type bath recipes on the internet.
