The following e-mail was received from Duc Vugia, the Chief of the Disease Investigations & Surveillance Branch of the California State Health Department on April 8th, 2002. ********************************** I've just returned to the office from being away for a week and have just now read your email. I have never heard of Elliot's Disease before and will endeavor to find out more about it.
