That's the other shoe... once you've hired expert troubleshooters to fill GM roles, you've got to pay them professional tech support wages, not the minimum allowable by law. Pay minimum wage and you get the sort of people who think it's a fine idea to dupe gold or real estate to sell on eBay. Pay professional salaries and you get professional employees. Outsource to a third-world country, and you get the situation of a friend of mine playing an EA game, who after explaining a problem in detail to a gamemaster, was asked, "Which game are you playing?"
