I know this board is mostly defunct, but various knights and old friends drop by on an irregular basis.
The last incarnation of the Golden Brew, located in Malas, decayed away and fell in December 2009. Memorials were planned, glasses raised, and the Event Managers placed some very nice tributes to the Brew at the Skara Brae fairgrounds and elsewhere throughout the land.
So Kita and me... well, we kinda decided to spoil the funeral by not being dead after all.
The Brew is back. We are a few screens north of the original Trammel location (north of the Justice shrine, east of Yew). We rebuilt the Globe on the roof (and I have to say, it looks better than ever).
If you want more details, Kita's been posting on the Stratics Baja board. And the Golden Brew Players just wrapped up auditions for our grand reopening bash.
We've already had a couple of returning faces show up (Leyf and Brytt), but the more, the merrier. It's not the prettiest MMO out there... but it feels a lot like home.
