The fact that everything was resolved within a couple of days is the proof of the pudding. But, the complaint, with all its nasty allegations, is still out there as a matter of public record for everyone to see. Yes, the lawyers certainty helped shape the words and phrases, but the underlying animosity comes through loud and clear. And it's not the type of case where the record should be sealed, so that complaint will sit out there on the books forever.
Just a bad decision all the way.
: 1. What exactly did Josh Reynolds and his cousin lease? We know they leased the name
: and the exclusive right to perform under that name. Did they get anything else? I
: question whether those guys will be able to earn more than the $100,000 lease price
: by performing as the KT.
: 2. It seems like the deal between Shane and Reynolds was pretty clear cut. If that's
: so, what the hell was that litigation about last week? Was Shane pulling a fast one
: or were Reynolds and his cousin over-reaching?
: 3. I'm a little surprised that Reynolds and his cousin haven't come on this board to
: explain their vision for the KT. Were those two at Fantasy Camp this year? It seems
: like they have some damage control to do with the hard-core fan base, and alienating
: the rabid fans would be a pretty stupid business decision.
