Hello Fans of The Kingston Trio. I was a fantasy camper last year ("Flowers") and was fortunate enough to hire the Trio to arrange and perform folk versions of traditional Chrismas carols for a t.v. show I have produced that will be appearing on public television stations this December. The Trio is putting out a new Chrismas CD of the music they made for the show.
In connection with all these activities, it seemed great to bring the Trio out to the San Francisco Bay Area, where they started, for a series of Christmas concerts to launch their new Christmas album, and to bring their great folk tunes to us once again. As a result, I have, suddenly, become a concert promoter.
am looking for "angel investors" who would like to help me finance the shows (everyone needs money up front!) until ticket sales proceeds are remitted. This can be done by a loan with a favorable interest rate, or a loan with a participation in net proceeds, or even a combination of both, depending on the circumstances. All assistance will be properly documented with written loan agreements. If you are interested, and would like to see my business plan outlining expenses and anticipated revenue, please let me know and I will get it right out to you. Thank you for considering this e-mail.
And whether you want wish to be an "angel" or not, come to the concerts and buy the CD! Great new music from the Trio! P.S. any angel gets 2 VIP tickets (includes a pre-concert reception with the Trio) to a concert of their choice in the Bay Area. Concerts are December 13 in Cupertino, December 14 in Santa Rosa, and December 15 in San Francisco.
