A long time ago, to be sure. I also went to one game at Ebbets Field back when the Dodgers were there. The Phillies were my "home" team, but The Duke (my kidhood baseball idol) was a Dodger, so I liked them, too.
On Father's Day weekend, my son took me to see a Giants game. It was the first time I'd seen their new stadium. Wow, what a gorgeous park! It is strictly a baseball venue, and it's a huge improvement over sharing Candlestick with the 49ers.
So how does this pertain to the Kingston Trio? Heck, I don't know....
