The pages in the notebook are printouts from a group of circuit diagrams that I put up on my website http://www.harpamps.com/schematics about five years ago. I found an archive of postscript format that I converted to PDF files. They have been copied by other websites a million times since then.
The circuit for the Vox Tone Bender that he had looks like one of mine.
