Posted by shaun Bob Dylan: BRIAN ENO: The ENO lyrics site, dubbed as "The Most Comprehensive collection on the web", is really well-organized, as it breaks down all the Eno lyrics into what was "officially" published in the excellent book on Eno More Dark Than Shark, and it also includes the lyrics which people have perceived themselves, in a seperate section. (As Eno wrote his lyrics in strange amalgamations of randomly assembled methods and other oblique strategies, his particular lyrical legacy holds more fascination than most.)

Ya 90% of those rock lyric sites' lyrics are provided by random peeps submitting them - - people who can't spell, much less discern specific lyricisms. Being a sort of lyrical expert myself, that is, having been a fan of rock lyrics for over 30 years, I've discovered certain artist-specific sites that feature the "official" lyrics, namely Bob Dylan, Tool, and Brian Eno, let's see if I can't scare them up, here. (Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any official lyric sites for Iggy or Monster Magnet, or BOC for that matter - - for those bands, you just have to hope for the best - - I use those typical rock lyric sites strictly as a "guideline" to help me decipher the songs on my own.
