It is almost impossible to get listed in BoingBoing. I try frequently and I've been lucky a few times in four years of trying, but it was just luck. Corey Doctorow is big on Creative Commons license to check with your authors if they will let you use the Creative Commons logo (creativecommons.org).
Make sure you are listed with duotrope.com and ralan.com. You'll get lots of wannanbe writers reading the stories who might submit.
