Climate change doesn't exist according to some (including ex posters on this board)..Essentially it's getting drier and windier here, so we're getting this bizarre change that could be a scenario out of 'the Road'..A nearly 150 year old tree fell over near my place last year, it was like a 'death' scene with ticker tape around it, but interestingly it was a council worker who explained why it happened. It's not just the winds, but the roots towards the surface looking for water due to the drought, hence weakening the stability of the tree.
