Rick your alive!! Rumor is Big Daddy's going to be driving my car. Went over to Vancouver and saw it yesterday. Can't wait. This year we're adding about 75 more horsepower, improving the suspension and our brakes. We're heading off to Portland, Seattle, Calgary, and Sears Point this year so we'll see how we do. Hopefully Champcar will run the Sedan race as one of their support races in Edmonton. If so we'll go there as well. Man, I sure wish they'd get the karting situation settled here. The obvious location is at Western where they've already expressed an interest in helping us build a track. There's also lots of sponsorship opportunities available in Victoria. I know a number of businesses including my own who would be willing to help fund a new venue. It takes money to build a track and Victoria and Nanaimo are the only places on the Island with enough business support to build a race track for karters. Out in the woods in the middle of nowhere is just not logical. Someone with a bit of time on their hands needs to spearhead it. Don't be afraid to do as Kart BC did which was to go off on their own and develope their own track and association. Once that happened every one else got on board. Don't get boxed into thinking Capital City Kart Club only. My 2 cents.
