Ceto was pacing threw the packs a bit quicker than a wolf with three pups should but the thing was one was in the lead. The small white fem had been following Majora too "something interesting" for about 15 minutes now her other two pups Tael and Eldin in toe. Eldin growled slightly his brown form for the fifth time getting stuck in the snow for a moment or having to pull his dark purple and white brother from the snow and he normally took a while.
The pup in the lead Majora didn't seem to have problems at all. Her slender frame easily gliding over the snow a big grin on her face. It was time, that's all she kept thinking as she neared the forest. Then a quiet "Stop." Came from her mother behind her. Majora flinched wondering if she had been found out but saw her mother was looking away from them all.
The black pup gave an exasperated sigh then said in her sweetest voice. "Mommy it might not be there if we wait for them... let them catch up." Her tricolored eyes, green centers going into yellow then red, on her mother trying to put a softness in them but they only looked the burning angry like always...
"Its not that." Ceto said squinting her deep ocean blue eyes, "its Lucien?" She tried her hardest to make sure that's exactly who it was her little pink nose twitched until she was positive then with a smile called out. "Lucien!" She tried her best to maintain a smile as she started towards the snow leopard and Ceto could hear Majora's angry grumblings then a yipe from Tael as she took it out on him. She stopped and looked but Eldin had already firmly placed himself in between them his golden eyes narrowed at her his fur on end.
Tael ran up under his mothers legs tripping her up slightly once or twice but she was so used to this action now that it did little to bother her. She waited half way for Lucien to come up to her her tail wagging still trying to keep a smile on her maw.
