The snow leopard had been fully prepared to leave the family to their own adventure. But as he began to pad away, Orchid's voice drew him back. His rounded ears twitched slightly as he paused and turned around. News from Black Rain and Cross Fire was always something to listen to. "Of course, Orchid," he said with a smile, though something told him the news would be all but completely pleasant.

He wouldn't jump to conclusions though, not when he hadn't heard the information. His blue eyes drifted from Makya and then to Lutra. The siblings being out together would be good for them, all three of them, in Lucien's mind.
